Tuition Payments
Tuition payments may be paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Monthly payments are due on or before the first day of each month. Our tuition rates are based on a 10-month school year. Enrichment program activities (outside of the school instructional day) and after-school program fees are NOT included in the yearly tuition fee. Because we count on and include your child as a full-time member of our school, tuition will not be prorated for absences due to illness or family vacations. Cricket Hunt School depends on the prompt payment of tuition for our smooth financial functioning.
Late Tuition Fee
It is a school policy that any account that becomes fifteen (15) days past due will be assessed a $15.00 late payment fee. A student whose account is thirty (30) days in arrears will be dropped from the school roster. The student’s name will be forwarded to the Superintendent of the student’s home district indicating that he/she is no longer enrolled at Cricket Hunt School. Therefore, in compliance with compulsory education laws, the student will be expected to enroll in the public school system. All records will be forwarded promptly to the appropriate public school when an official request for records form is received from the child’s home district.
Refunds and Withdrawls
The registration fee and any paid tuition are non-refundable. Special consideration will be given only in the case of bi-yearly or yearly tuition payments in the event of extenuating circumstances, (i.e., military transfer), with one month’s written notification.
